Thursday, 25 May 2017 dawned like any other day everywhere on the African continent, with one minor difference, that there was in the air, considerable palpation, tension, anxiety and, energy about fulfilling a promise of the Kilimanjaro Declaration:
On 25 May 2017, Africans Rising launched with events in more than 40 countries. One of those countries was Germany.

That journey is finally beginning. This Thursday, 25th May 2017, Africans will gather across the continent and the African diaspora, to launch Africans Rising for Justice, Peace and Dignity.
