We would like to inform you that the deadline for nominations has been extended to give a chance to all those who wish to nominate. The new deadline for nominations for the Africans Rising Coordination Collective elections is Thursday 27 April, 2023. Below is also a new timeline for the nomination and election process.
Now till 27 April 2023: Nomination period for the Coordinating Collective members
28 April – 10 May: Review of nominations by the Nominations Committee
12 May: Announcement of qualified candidates for the Coordinating Collective elections
15 May – 30 May: candidates start campaigning
31 May – 7 June: Final voting period of the Coordinating Collective members
9 June: Announcement of the newly elected members of the Coordinating Collective
